We are Flower Power Magazine.
This is a small, independent project started by a bunch of weirdos in 2022. We’ve shared lots of amazing stories, cool art, and inspiring work. What started as an independently published print magazine, but moved into an online-only format in early 2024.
Flower Power Magazine covers one thing: cool sh!t in Rochester, NY. Actually, that’s many things and includes topics like art, business, community projects, music, technology, essays and poems. All of our content is crowd-sourced from our amazing community.
The one thing that ties all of our content together is people. As a publication, we like to focus on the story of people — how they got to where they are, why they did what they did — and our community never ceases to amaze us. For more info, read our submission guidelines.
